Hair Therapy Weapons

Hello wonderful friends!

I want to share my two healthy hair therapy weapons with you all.

My hair goes to my lower back and is pretty healthy.
I could use a trim right now, but I have trust issues when it comes to my hair. The only person I let touch my hair is one of my best friends, Kristine Kenison. So…if you’re in the Portland, Oregon area go check her out. She is magical. She works at Annastasia Salon. She is one of the most talented women ever, and I am extremely picky. Not to mention, she is super fun, kind, honest, and gives one life changing head massage.

I moved to California in June of last year and I haven’t had my hair done since. Yep, that’s right…it has been 7 going on 8 months since I have had my hair done. However, my hair is doing well, this is all thanks to Biotin vitamins and It’s a 10 plus Keratin, it’s a leave in spray conditioner.

Hair Therapy Biotin Vitamins

Biotin Vitamins

I take a Biotin vitamin daily and use my It’s a 10 plus Keratin every time I wash my hair. I usually try and towel dry my hair a bit, brush it, and then spray in my leave in conditioner on the bottom half of my hair. You want to keep it off your roots, because you don’t want your hair to look greasy after you just washed it.

It’s A 10 plus Keratin

Having a mom that is a hairdresser and owns her own salon, over the course of my life I have tried so many products, the best of the best, and I’m obsessed with It’s a 10 plus Keratin spray. If you’re ever in Bend, Oregon check out her salon, it’s called Tangerine. It is a super fun salon, mellow, with a good vibe. She has great products and fun trinkets. Also, It’s where I met my fiance!
